I love the ritual of cooking and baking, transforming beautiful ingredients into rich experiences through flavor, color, texture, simplicity, beauty, love, passion and respect.
I stand for joy inside and outside the kitchen, love for self and love for all, nurturing through food, living creatively, teaching, learning, developing myself and helping others do the same, cooking my life, our lives.

Cook Life unites all my passions. Through this company I am able to create in the world what I believe in the most: creating an environment in which we each can become wholesome, balanced, and unified, and teach and inspire others to do the same.
I came to cooking professionally after a successful career in Interior Design. I am a graduate of the Natural Gourmet institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City. I am currently continuing my learning there in the Food Therapy course taught by the school's founder, Dr. Annemarie Colbin, who I admire greatly.
After graduating from the Natural Gourmet Institute I trained and worked in restaurants (Il Buco, NYC) and catering companies (Acquolina, NYC, and Naturally Delicious, Brooklyn) before branching out on my own. Some of my clients are: Nestle Colombia, Amy's Bread Bakery NYC, Syracuse University, Sony, Citrico Inc, Pratt Institute, Russia Chanel TV 1 Station, Onda de Mar, and many many beautiful families and private clients in New York City and Brooklyn.
