Available for consultation projects involving conceptualizing of menus for new or existing restaurants, recipe testing of menu, employee training and development.
One of my most beautiful and intense experiences has been living in Swaziland for four months at a beautiful property consulting for a wonderful family and team at Malandela's Farmhouse Restaurant and House on Fire in Malkerns, Swaziland. While there, I updated the restaurant's existing menu, incorporating lighter dishes, new salads, and desserts to go along with some existing dishes. I also trained the staff to cook the new recipes and to improve their food plating and presentation. It was one of the best times of my life!
